EFT Workshop at Anandi Healing Center, Bhilwara, Rajasthan - Participant's Feedback
 

Anita:

I am very happy that I came for this workshop. I am learning very useful concepts. Earlier, I used to get very angry with my neighbors as they speak a lot of lies. After tapping, I am noticing a change in myself and am able to accept them and myself.

 

Manju:

Liked the workshop a lot. One-on-one sessions were very useful, felt very light afterwards, and got confidence that I can do it on my own. EFT is a very simple technique that I can do anytime, anywhere. I will do it everyday for 10-15 minutes. If the workshop was longer, we could have gone into deeper concepts. In addition to the theory, there was a lot of practice, which was great. If we can have a workshop every 2-3 months, that would be very useful. I am feeling motivated to do a lot; I am confident that if I do the tapping regularly, I can bring about a lot of changes in myself. I liked your friendly behavior. It would have been even more useful if we had some written material.

 

Leela:

I liked the workshop very much. I really liked how we can cleanse ourselves through this technique. Through tapping, we can change the way we look at other people; during tapping, it seemed to me that this negativity gets released and we become blank. From now on, I will do EFT before meditation. I felt that the duration of the workshop should have been longer as this is a deep process.

 

Madhu Agarwal:

This workshop was extremely useful for me. Often, based on certain experiences, we form some images of people and lead the rest of our lives based on these mental images and keep harboring negative feelings. I now realize that, through EFT, we can release these feelings through acceptance.

All the time, we are blaming others and shirk away from taking responsibility for our role in the conflict. But through this technique, we take responsibility for our mistakes, accept ourselves and are thus able to resolve the issues and are also able to get rid of our bad habits. I always do things with the focus on others. I liked the workshop a lot and now I hope that I will be able to change this habit of mine.

Along with the workshop, if there is also some written material given like 2-3 page booklet with important points, that would be very useful.

The workshop was very useful. Prior to this workshop I had learnt tapping as a way to help me physically. But through this technique I learnt how to use it for my emotions. I found "I accept myself" a very powerful feeling. In the last two days by repeating this sentence, I have been able to release my issues. Personal sessions was a very good idea. Two days for this workshop was less. We have been able to learn tapping and sentence formations well, but to understand the finer points, I feel that more time is required.

1. I was able to see the connections between the emotions/feelings and the mental images that we have about people.

2. I'm finding this tool useful in healing, which helps us in changing our behavior and habit by giving suggestions to our mind.

3. I'm ready to work on this for a month and will give the rest of feedback in the EFT follow-up workshop.

I've been having issues related to my work, but now I feel that I'll be able to do my work well. I feel that I will be able to take out my fears and hence will be able to do my work more easily. Thanks to you all for giving such useful tips.

 This workshop was very useful because I learnt to love myself and to focus on myself. I learnt to recognize my feelings, otherwise often we think only about others. I also realized that we need to accept ourselves. I've been able to feel relief during the sessions. I'll do it for half an hour everyday and I'll tell others about EFT. Gradually we can remove fear, hatred and other negative emotions. Everything was explained in a very easygoing manner. Thanks to you all.

Suggestions: Next time please speak completely in Hindi. Although I understood., I'm curious to learn much more. Please come next time and see changes in us.

The workshop and me

I though magic and miracle were fairy tale words -- but it happened to me yesterday! I lost a deep-rooted fear of three decades. This had distorted my personality and life. I was fragmented. I feel now cleansed, whole and energized.

What I liked

  • Balance: between group work and individual work.
  • Energy: Flow of Energy.
  • Radiation: of warmth and affection from Jayashree, Rashmi, Cristina.

I liked the taping and I could feel the difference. I will work on the fears and issues that were reduced from 10 to 5. What I didn't like was that English was used more.

 

 

Shabnam:

The technique is very easy and simple. I'll do it everyday for half an hour. The understanding of self-acceptance has increased. The way the workshop was taken was good EFT can help me in balancing my energy. After one month I'll share my practice and its impact on me.

Vikram:

Still I'm not able to say anything certain about it. First day was good for me. Reasons maybe my sincerity and curiosity about a new process. But I couldn't completely imbibe or follow the process due to some reasons.

 

  • Many things I've been practicing before like self-acceptance, the method given by Osho, so I couldn't conceive much difference that by adding tapping, how it will change the effect.
  • There are so many emotions and feelings we have and we are developing in everyday life and if we are working on those, it will be an unending process.

 

Due to similar type of confusions or feeling I couldn't put myself in the process completely on the second day. So I'm not in a situation to give my complete feedback at this point.

 

Suresh:

We learnt a lot about self-acceptance, cosmic energy, and meridians. Through EFT, we can remove blockages in the energy and balance our energy levels. EFT can solve our many problems like anger, sadness, addictions, body pain, improve our relationships with others and improve our emotions.

 

Garima Rao:

I didn't know about EFT before but now I feel as to why I didn't know this before. In the last two days, I have not noticed a whole lot but I'm feeling quite a bit of difference in myself. For a long time, I have had the issue of not being able to sleep. Before marriage, I used to take medicine. But I stopped because my husband didn't like it and he helps me in sleeping with affection. But in the last two years, he has been touring quite a bit and the problem has relapsed. Last night also, I thought that I'll not be able to sleep but I did just three rounds of EFT and fell asleep. I feel that with EFT, I've found a friend to keep me happy and free. I have lots of issue of the kind that I cannot share with anyone, and keeping them within feels like a burden. Now with EFT I can lighten my burden. Thanks to you all!

 

Bharat:

I liked the workshop since it explored the connections between feelings, the body and mind. EFT is a simple technique which is useful. I like the fact that it can be applied anywhere and tried on anything. Some more time should have been spent during the workshop on self understanding and taking personal responsibility. I liked the private time given to different participants.  Such workshops should be repeated.

My name is Jai. In my life, nothing good happens. When I think good, bad happens; when I think bad, then really bad happens. Because of this, I'm very frustrated. All the time, I feel as if I'm the one who is bad, that I'm the unluckiest person in the world. This is the first time I've attended the workshop of this kind. In the beginning everyone introduced themselves. That time Rashmiji also gave her introduction. Seeing her made me feel that perhaps she can understand my problem -- because during her introduction she had said some things. When Jayashreeji started to explain the tapping, I felt that there is something in this. Because when someone says about something, then there is definitely something in it. From the very beginning, I seriously started thinking about tapping. As Jayashreeji was talking about things, I felt that yes this happens with me too. I continued listening with interest. Later on I had a one-on-one session with Rashmiji and all my confusions disappeared. And I liked it a lot. I would like to practice tapping and then share with you the positive results that come out of it. I'll practice everyday for 15 minutes. I have some more confusions that I would like to discuss in person. (Later, he spoke with me about these too -- Rashmi's cpmments).
