Recently my daughter had some kind of pox. One night she was in severe pain and could not sleep as the boils all over her body started itching. There was a boil on her finger which was bothering her more. She was getting scared looking at the boil and its behavior (she said it was growing bigger and bigger). She needed some help. She couldn’t scratch/ apply cream or do anything. She was literally dancing around because of the itch. She said “mamma please do something”. Then I said lets tap on these boils. She readily agreed. We then tapped on the boil which was on the finger for 4 times. After that she said “mamma, this one is Ok, it will go away by morning.” She was no more scared looking at that boils. Now the pain had shifted else where in the body. We then tapped on the boil which she focussed on and soon the pain looked like it was moving all around her body. After some tapping she was quite comfortable and went to sleep without any itch the entire night.

 

The whole Pox week was pretty smooth as I knew how to help her release the pain.

EFT is a great tool to have in any mother’s toolbox.
