Working with 7th-10th grade students in a Bangalore School - Jayashree, Vinod, Reshma, Chitrakka

Wanted to share a celebration with all of you…Over the last year we (Myself, Chitra akka and Vinod) did a systematic program for children from 7th – 10th grade at the EL school – through Palash Trust. We trained the children with EFT, practice of gratitude and many other concepts for their own empowerment. For several months we consistently tapped with them. We trained the kids and more recently the teachers. We also trained them with meditation. The children have been telling us that they have really integrated EFT and meditation in their lives and are using it a lot for their exam preps -  close to exams. They are finding it very useful to free themselves emotionally.
 
They are using it independently now – on their own. The teachers and Chitra akka will be starting a tapping circle in the  school for teachers!
