Flying! I made it! From Australia to India - Usha, Melbourne (now in Bangalore, India)
It has been a great learning experience for me and my family after having realized the power of EFT .
I started off as a person who was crippled with the fear of flying. I was introduced to Jayashree by my sister-in -law and from then on there has been no looking back. My fears were very profound and paralyzing . I could not look up at the sky and see a plane without feeling paralyzing fear. I kept watching plane crashes on TV with the sick feeling in my stomach. With Jayashree’ s guidance , love and support I can say finally that i have overcome this FEAR! I could finally take a flight from Melbourne to Bangalore.
My travel from Melbourne to Bangalore 3 weeks back was an eye-opener for me. All my EFT sessions with Jayashree were telephonic and initially I doubted this school of thought ,but after the first session I got to know that this will work out and then the rest is history! 4 sessions into EFT and i was confident enough to take a flight and go anywhere. Jayashree worked with me on different aspects of my fear. As it got closer to my dates of travel to Bangalore I panicked and lost my senses and was in a mess. I realized that I was not saying the affirmations properly I had confused myself to the core and was just trying to subdue the fear rather than let it go . I had one more session with Jayashree and she guided me through it .
She was leaving on a trip just before my flight and asked me to tap with Eera who became my tapping buddy before the flight. Eera came into the picture 2 days before my travel and she helped me immensely . It was great to tap with someone from this community.
Finally it was time to board the flight. All I did during the flight was just the gratitude. It worked like magic , the sight of the airport , the check-in , security, takeoff, turbulence did not bother me at all! I had a great flight with my son and after 7 yrs I actually did take a walk in the aircraft !! it was so liberating to do that and I really felt proud and happy about my achievement.
Through the flight whenever there was a slight jolt or shake I would just tell myself what Eera suggested , "Thank you Usha for guiding this inner anxious child to safety and giving her so much of confidence and LOVE " . I never did any physical tapping in the flight or at the transit airport. Just the above sentence or saying was enough.
I really did a lot of tapping before my departure and I feel that this helped me overcome it for ever .My prescription by Eera was to do it 3 times a day and that did the trick . Finally all I have to say is thank u all for the wonderful support and love. I hope and wish that i will be a part of this lovely family at all times .
